Ms. Baldwin talks about the late Daniel Offutt, whose estate funded most of the new building’s construction, and features such as the new demonstration kitchen, named in honor of the late Brian Gordon. She describes new classes and programs that will take place at Lachat, now that the farm has a year-around venue.
