Letter to the Editor

TO THE EDITOR:

I am privileged to have Jim Himes as my U.S. Congressman, and I wholeheartedly support him for re-election. Congressman Himes truly is “a fighter for Connecticut’s 4th District.”

His priorities are right where they need to be: rebuilding from the pandemic; investing in local infrastructure, transportation, education, and healthcare; promoting gun safety; planning to combat climate change; and importantly for me, protecting women’s rights to reproductive freedom.

He not only holds positions that resonate with me, but he is a strong, articulate advocate for those positions. An open-minded person with a good heart, he deserves our support. Please join me in re-electing Jim Himes to the U.S. Congress.
