Letter to the Editor

TO THE EDITOR:

With the election now just days away our family felt compelled to express our support for Martin Mohabeer. In addition to feeling proud and inspired, we also feel encouraged with our endorsement of Martin’s candidacy for Board of Selectmen.

Beyond his impeccable track record and achievements within his personal life as a civilian, Martin is a natural leader with a willingness to run toward the projects that most would ignore. Not only that, Martin has the talent, resilience and people skills necessary to actually devise and effectively execute the plans required to resolve them.

What we appreciate most is that as committed as he will be (as Selectman) to use his role and voice to speak up for and address important matters for all Weston residents, he’s even more committed to proactively engaging with and actively listening to all Weston residents (regardless of political affiliation) to ensure that his decision making is not only well-informed, but also reflective of the Weston community at large.

A true champion for education, diversity, and community, voting for Martin will also be a benefit to each and every Weston child. Already a dedicated and accomplished husband, father, professional, and actively involved Weston community member, we look forward to witnessing first hand all the good he will do for Weston as a Selectman.
