Letter to the Editor

I am writing today to endorse two candidates running for election as Unaffilated candidates, Harry Falber for Planning and Zoning and Travis Worrell for the Board of Finance.

Harry Falber is well known, a longtime Weston resident with a proven track record of transparency, outreach and service to the community. His decision to run unaffiliated at a time when Weston is at a turning point in terms of decisions on development and infrastructure is both a practical one and symbolic of his commitment to bipartisanship.

Travis Worrell is stepping up to run as an Unaffiliated candidate to bring new blood and new ideas to the Town’s Board of Finance. I have read his positions and had the opportunity to speak with him directly. I was impressed by his common sense approach to planning, priority setting and disciplined spending, skills honed in the real world as he and his wife built their successful local business. His platform stresses fiscal responsibility and transparency and I believe him.

I am confident in my decision to support these candidates. Please join me in voting for Harry and Travis on November 2.
