Letter to the Editor

TO THE EDITOR:

It gives me great pleasure to write this in support of First Selectwoman Sam Nestor. I have had the honor and privilege of knowing Sam for around five (5) years and I can say without reservation that she is exactly what the Weston community needs now to ensure the growth of our wonderful Town of Weston.

Although many individuals are lucky to say that they know Sam in one capacity or another, I have the distinct pleasure of having the opportunity to know her in multiple roles and responsibilities including Board of Education Member, Second Selectman, First Selectwoman, mother, wife, business owner, community leader and friend. Having the opportunity to see her in action in all of these capacities, I can say for certain that she has the same passion, devotion and dedication in each.

These different experiences have and will enable Sam to continue to lead Weston today and into the future. If you have not had the opportunity to meet Sam, I encourage you do so. As I know once you have the opportunity to meet her and listen to her thoughts and ideas for our community, you will feel the same way that I do.

Finally, Weston needs a leader that will get things done today. A person not just with the ability to express in words what needs to be done, but someone of action. An individual that cares about what is best for the people of Weston, our community. This person is Sam Nestor!
