Letter to the Editor

TO THE EDITOR:

Our state is facing unprecedented challenges that require unprecedented results from our legislators.

Now is the time to look past career politicians for those who can deliver innovative solutions to our biggest problems in healthcare, job growth and education in particular.

Michelle McCabe brings an accomplished career in service; listening to the needs of people and working with experts to provide tangible solutions. From her public policy work at Yale to her leadership role at the Center for Food Equity and Economic Development, Michelle has delivered meaningful change. We need someone who can make a positive impact in Hartford, especially now.

Having known Michelle for several decades, I can attest to her sharp intellect, collaborative approach, and proven commitment to helping others. Her background in supporting small business development in Greater Bridgeport is complemented by over a decade of working on the Fairfield PTA Council and serving on the Board of the Fairfield Public Library. She brings a local focus and a global perspective to her work and she will do the same for our state.

We are facing the most turbulent years of our generation and in the 28thDistrict we have the opportunity to elect someone who will fight for our families and rebuild our economy. Please vote for Michelle McCabe and a stronger, better Connecticut.
