2024 features 14 consecutive days of early voting before Election Day on November 5. In this report we have the key dates and information for registration, absentee voting, and the days, times, and locations ballots will be cast.

Absentee Ballots Become Available

Beginning on this date, you can request an absentee ballot online here. You can also download the application from the Town Clerk. Complete the form and return it to the Town Clerk. A ballot will be mailed to you. November 4 is the last day to request an absentee ballot. See below for eligibility.

You will be able to return your completed ballot in the mail or by depositing it into the ballot box at the side entrance of Town Hall (opposite the library). Deadline: Registration Online and by Mail

Online voter registration must be done by 11:59 pm. Registration by mail must be postmarked by this date. This is also the last day to register in person at the DMV, by close of business.

If you aren’t already on the rolls (which can be checked here), you can same-day register in person on early voting days at Town Hall (while the polls are open) and until the polls close on Election Day (November 5) at Weston Middle School. See below for registration eligibility.

Identification

When you sign in at the polls, you will be asked for identification. That could be a government-issued ID, some other ID with your name and photo, or a document (e.g., utility bill, check) that has your name and address on it. Otherwise, you will be asked to sign an affidavit. Registrars will assist you.
