Route 57 Milling & Paving to Begin

Expect delays and detours on Route 57 (Weston Road and Georgetown Road) for the next few weeks as the Department of Transportation mills and paves.

A week of milling begins on Monday, June 22, running up Route 57 from the Westport-Weston town line to the intersection of Georgetown Road and Old Mill Road, then up Georgetown Road to Trails End Road.

About two weeks of paving is expected to start on July 9 and be complete by around July 24.

Work will be done each week on Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The DOT encourages you to seek other routes and avoid the area during construction.
