Green River Plays Supper & Soul

Green River, the nationally touring Creedence Clearwater Revival and John Fogerty tribute band, takes the stage on May 3 in The Westport Library Trefz Forum.

The show is the latest edition of the Westport Weston Chamber of Commerce Supper & Soul series, which means a single $85 ticket buys you the concert and a three-course dinner at one of 11 participating Westport restaurants. Concert-only tickets are also available, for $30.

The concert starts at 8:00. Dinner is served at 6:00. Tickets can be purchased here. Once you order the full ticket, you receive a link to select a restaurant. Hold on to the ticket after the concert, because participating restaurants offer special happy hour pricing on drinks.

Green River will play a 90-minute show of Credence Clearwater Revival classics like “Bad Moon Rising,” “Proud Mary,” “Up Around the Bend,” “Born on the Bayou,” “Susie Q,” and more. The band’s setlist also includes John Fogerty’s individual hits, such as “The Old Man Down the Road” and “Centerfield.”
