On April 4^th, 2023 the Weston Police Department received a federal cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, through the Connecticut State Police.

The cyber tip involved the downloading of known images of child pornography. A lengthy and detailed investigation resulted in an Arrest Warrant being issued for the arrest of Robert Hahn, of Weston Connecticut.

Robert Hahn voluntarily surrendered to the Weston Police Department on June 11, 2024 and was charged with Possession of Child Pornography – First Degree, a Class B Felony. He was released on the court set bail of $500,000 with a court date of June 26, 2024 at Stamford Superior Court.
