Eversource to Conduct Aerial Inspections

Weather permitting, helicopters will fly low over parts of Weston sometime on Thursday and Friday, July 27 and 28.

The aircraft have been deployed by Eversource to patrol electric transmission line rights of way. Crews will inspect the condition of the high-voltage transmission system to identify and assess issues that may threaten electric reliability and ensure they are properly addressed.

Flights will take place between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. One of the aircraft deployed (photo above) is blue with a silver stripe, tail number N1431W. The other (photo below) is blue and white, tail number N411DD.
