In a podcast by the Y’s Men of Westport-Weston, First Selectwoman Samantha Nestor is joined by State Senator Ceci Maher to discuss gun legislation that achieved final passage in the General Assembly late last week.

Senator Maher, who once led Sandy Hook Promise, says during her campaign she heard many parents express fear for the safety of their school-age children and dismay that, even at the youngest ages, children would have to learn what to do in an active shooter situation.
