Almost Christmas: a Song for You
Twelve amazing singers from Weston’s SBEstudio dazzle you with Almost Christmas, a song from A Little Princess, in this delightful three-minute video.
SBEstudio, led by Jodi Stevens Bryce, the actress and singer who also pitches in at Weston Intermediate School directing student musicals, specializes in performance, productions, and instruction on singing, speech and acting.
The singers in the video live in Weston, Westport, Fairfield, New Canaan, and Ridgefield. Normally, they perform a showcase in December for friends, family, and elderly members of the community.
This year, that couldn’t happen. Options were considered, but fell away one by one as the epidemic intensified.
Then, an idea. A video performance, with individual parts recorded safely at home, edited together, then shared with everyone as a give-back message of hope for the community.
