RedZone Fitness Studio Set to Open
RedZone, a state-of-the-art fitness and health studio, opens on July 20 in the Weston Shopping Center. You can check out the studio as early as Monday, July 13.
We spoke with co-owner, manager, and lead coach Elana Goldblatt. In the video interview, she tells you about the studio's high-intensity interval approach to cardio and strength training, which features Fairfield County's only ISOPHIT system.
"You have to experience it," says Ms. Goldblatt.
In the video, Ms. Goldblatt describes RedZone's workout format. She says RedZone offers pre and post 3D fitness scans, hopes athletic teams will take advantage of the facility, has implemented extensive health precautions, and is offering a special grand opening membership.
