Hearts Melt in Frozen JR.

A dazzling musical production of Frozen JR. debuts on January 24 in three performances by Short Wharf, the Weston Middle School theater group.

The story is an adaptation of the Broadway smash Frozen, which in turn was based on a hit 2013 movie by the same name. The Short Wharf performance features great songs from the film and new ones written for the Broadway rendition.

Frozen JR. takes place in the magical land of Arrendale, where two sisters — one with magical powers — have a complicated relationship. But, when faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood. The show is loaded with unforgettable characters, magic, adventure, and lots of humor.

Short Wharf performers take the stage on Friday evening, January 24, at 7:00. Matinees run in the afternoon on Saturday and Sunday at 3:00. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for students and seniors.

You can buy tickets online on Company's website (just scroll down a little) up to three hours before curtain time. Unless a performance is sold out, you can buy tickets at the door (cash and checks only) 45 minutes before the show.
