The Weston Flea, September 22

The Weston Flea, a community market that supports the Senior Activities Center, runs this year on Sunday, September 22 at the Weston High School parking lot.

The Flea offers something for everyone. About 80 vendors sell old, new, and handmade items. Entertainment will be provided. Food trucks will be on hand with coffee, crepes, pizza, and ice cream.

New this year is a silent auction, with an opportunity to bid on everything from a fall cleanup to baskets of wine, gift certificates from local businesses, and more.

Proceeds benefit the Weston Senior Activities Center and its goal to acquire an energy-efficient vehicle to transport Seniors and those with disabilities to important appointments.

At press time, spaces for vendors were almost completely gone, but if you're lucky, you may still be able to rent one. Check in with the Center at (203) 222-2608 to find out.

The Weston Senior Activities Center serves as the hub of programs and events supporting the well-being of community members as they age. Activities are open to residents and neighbors 55 years of age and over.

The Center is supported by Friends of the Weston Senior Activities Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to enriching and expanding programs and activities at the Center.
